The Kegonsa Coinvest Fund made its first investment in 2007. The Fund is managed by Kegonsa Capital Partners with the primary metric being investor return. The Fund invests in Wisconsin based startups. The investment focus is to co invest with local, regional and national venture capital funds in rounds A or later. The Fund has invested in the second to sixth round, common stock to series E preferred stock. Approximately 50% of the Fund investors are also investors in the Kegonsa Seed Fund I, LP
