The Kegonsa Coinvest Fund made investments of $12.4MM in nine portfolio companies. The initial investor in eight of the portfolio companies was Kegonsa Seed Fund. Three fund portfolio companies have been acquired in all cash transaction of $50 MM, $35MM and $140MM.
